Clergy & Staff
Norwood V. (Woody) Brown III, Pastor/Head of Staff - Woody is a graduate of the University of Arkansas-Fayetteville and Columbia Theological Seminary in Atlanta, Georgia. He has been with Rolling Hills since August 2009.

Charles Bruffy, Director of Music - Charles has held this position since 1995. In addition to his responsibilities at Rolling Hills, he is the director of the Kansas City Chorale, the Phoenix Chorale and the Kansas City Symphony Chorus.

Deborah Lynch, Organist, Music Administrator - Debbie is a graduate of Adrian College (Adrian, MI) and the UMKC Conservatory of Music. She has been at Rolling HIlls since 1980.

Becky Martin, Co-Director of Children's Ministries - Becky is the Co-Director of Children's Ministries focused on grades K-5. Becky grew up at Rolling Hills and has been on staff here for over 8 years.

Christy Watson, Co-Director of Children's Ministries - Christy is the Co-Director of Children's Ministries focused on ages birth through preschool. Christy has been at Rollings Hills more than 10 years.

Emily Nelson Dixon, Youth Director - Emily is the youth director for the junior and senior high youth, grades 6-12. She has been at Rolling Hills since 2003.

Bob Hess, Facilities Manager - Bob is responsible for overseeing the building and grounds at Rolling Hills. He has been on staff with Rolling Hills since 2005.
